Privacy

Which data we process

For inquiries we store name, company, contact details and the details of your event (date, place, guest count, selected items). We need this data to prepare an offer and handle the contract — the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

Account and inquiry basket

Wishlist and inquiry basket are linked to your account so you can plan projects across sessions. Without an account they are linked to an anonymous cookie.

Retention

We delete inquiry data after 24 months if no contract was concluded. Documents relevant for accounting are kept for seven years pursuant to § 132 BAO.

Your rights

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, as well as the right to object, at any time. The supervisory authority is the Austrian Data Protection Authority.

We use no tracking or advertising cookies. Only cookies for login and the inquiry basket are necessary.

Rental terms

Rental period & prices

All prices are per calendar day and exclude VAT. The minimum rental period is one calendar day; started days count in full.

Delivery & setup

Delivery, setup and collection take place within the agreed window. Access and floor space are provided by the renter.

Damage & loss

Ordinary wear is included. Damaged or missing items are charged at replacement value.

Cancellation

Free of charge until 14 days before the rental starts, tiered thereafter as stated in the offer.
